Not the Waking World
so when we
sleep the adventure of what we can never recall / take slumber as an icon-download of gentleness / conk out to the whatevers injected from torn arms of their sofa / eschew bed for a snooze in an innate state of grammar checking / take some Z’s to izzard’s charm / double a doze to stupefy brevity / live catnap’s etymology beyond the simple / indulge an unaccountable form of shuteye / transfer nod-off to the drop-off for its existential moment / rouse a kip from its bundle / have a drowse inside Coleridge’s journey / catch a Pythagorean 3 when winking / sleep the Big One in another’s dreams
