Bright Blue While The Juice Is Flowing

a piece of
bitterness
transformed

separation
of
my face

every night
deep
down

somewhere i can’t go
is somewhere i want to
go never returning

never waking again to
this longer dream
that puts me into panic

every act of not
hurting the other
never waking again to

shop for a dream of calm years
going backwards and
deciding differently if only
